My I-CLIP is broken, what should I do?
Withing the legal warranty, we grant an additional warranty (1 year if QR-Code on the back has been scanned). If you have a complaint, please contact our customer service by e-mail: service@i-clip.com
In order to process the complaint directly, we need the following information:
- A picture that clearly shows the damage and the model (leather)
- Address and telephone number
- A receipt or other proof of purchase
Where to put receipts?
You can put your receipts between your cards and moneyclip (just like the banknotes). Just fold the receipt and put it under the moneyclip.
Where is the leather for the I-CLIP from?
When it comes to the leather of the I-CLIP covers, two things are crucial: Quality and sustainabilty.
That is why the high-quality and genuine leather is sourced exclusively from tanneries in Western Europe (Germany, France, Austria and Italy). Close cooperation with selected tanneries ensures that issues such as animal welfare and species protection are taken into account. In addition a lot of emphasis is placed on the tanning method used when processing the leather, as it is done without the use of chemicals such as chrome. This means that the leather for the I-CLIP is chrome-free. This has a one-time impact on the environment and also ensures beautiful leather.
Where is the I-CLIP being produced?
The I-CLIP is Made in Germany! The Flux Design Products GmbH is located in Bad Dürkheim. Right there is Marketing, Sales and Production of the I-CLIP. Only good interaction on site can ensure that every customer receives a high-quality and tested product.
How many cards can the I-CLIP hold?
The I-CLIP Original can hold up to 12 cards and a bunch of banknotes. The models with a stainless steel or titanium frame can only hold 10 cards because of the grippads.
How are the banknotes folded?
From our experience there is a special and easy method to fold your banknotes. Thanks to that method the space is being fully used. The I-CLIP doesn´t get big and you have fast and easy acces to your money.
Does the I-CLIP have RFID-Protection?
The I-CLIP has no integrated RFID-Protection. If you still want to protect you cards you can acquire a RFID-Shield on our Webshop for 5 €.

How many cards and notes fit in my I-CLIP?
The standard I-CLIP has room for up to 12 cards and 20 bills, while our new I-CLIP MAX model holds 18 cards and 20 bills.
What materials are used for the I-CLIP?
The I-CLIP is available in four different case materials: plastic, stainless steel, titanium, and gold. For our covers, we use leather for every I-CLIP, with one exception (walnut wood).
Coins and receipts - where to put them?
Thanks to our I-CLIP with a coin compartment, we offer the option of storing coins in the I-CLIP as well. These coins are secured by a pocket, preventing them from falling out. Receipts or slips can be easily folded and placed alongside the bills in the clip.
Do I have a guarantee for my new I-CLIP?
All our I-CLIP models come with a 12-month guarantee in case your I-CLIP breaks or develops a fault during this period. You can also optionally purchase an additional year free of charge by simply scanning the QR code on the back of your money clip and following the instructions.
How do I complain about damage or a defect?
If your I-CLIP is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service. Please describe what is broken or damaged and send pictures. This will ensure that your request is processed more quickly and easily. Our customer service email address is: service@i-clip.com.

I-CLIP is Made in Germany! Flux Design Products Gmbh is located in Bad Dürkheim, the German wine Route in Rheinland-Palatinate. Our Team, marketing, production and sales meets here to carefully produce every I-CLIP by hand. Having everything in one location secures our high quality standards.
Information on shipping and returns
There are no shipping costs for orders within Europe over €28.00. For orders up to the value of €27.99, shipping costs to Germany are €3.10 and to EU countries are €5.95.
Additional taxes may apply (e.g. in the case of an intra-community purchase) and / or duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties.
